RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2006-0654
OATES SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 7400 —158TH STREET SOUTHWEST
Dear Mr. Thomas:
I have reviewed your resubmittal dated February 15, 2007 for the above building permit
application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1. Site Plan: Please submit an updated reduced copy of your site plan (8.5 by 14 inches or
smaller).
2. SEPA: It has been determined by the Engineering Division that the total quantity of
grading will be over 500 cubic yards. Please submit updated grading quantities.
Additionally, since grading will exceed 500 cubic yards, SEPA review is required. Please
complete the enclosed SEPA checklist and submit it with an adjacent property owner list
including the addresses of all property owners and residents within 300 feet of the subject
property (refer to the enclosed handout for instructions on compiling the adjacent property
owner list). Please note that a $420 fee will be required for the SEPA review.
3. Geotechnical Report Peer Review: I did not see a response to my previous requestfor a
response to the peer review letterfrom GEO Group Northwest. Please respond in writing
to each of the bulleted points contained in the attached peer review letter from GEO Group
Northwest dated December 20, 2006.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If
