The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
Sheet 4E
1. The proposed rockery that will support a portion of the Amenities parking lot needs to be changed to a retaining
wall or modular block because rockeries cannot be used to support a surcharge per our standards. Please submit
drawings and calculations on the new retaining structure so they can be sent out for peer review.
2. For rockeries that will be used add to the rockery notes that construction shall also meet City Standards.
Sheet 4F
3. Section J-J : show the location and depth of 12” water main. Based on the cross section the water main will be
exposed if the grade is cut as shown. The depth of the 12” main is 3’ to the top of the pipe.
4. The rockery on the s.w side of bldg 7 cannot be constructed within the waterline easement. The temporary shoring
wall must be removed from the easement. Place a note on the drawing to remove the shoring wall once the building
wall is constructed.
How far out into the watermain easement do the building footings go, or do they?
