EAGLEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 18019 ANDOVER STREET
Dear Mr. Reimer:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please make the following changes to the site plan:
a. Show the entire lot (including all property lines) on the reduced copy of the site plan.
b. Remove the incorrect setback lines. Setbacks should be 25 feet from the western and
eastern property lines and 10 feet from the northern and southern property lines.
Height Calculations:
2. It appears that the elevations of a few of the height rectangle points may not
be consistent with the original grade. Please verify that Point B (stated as being 310.25’) is based on
the original topography and not the proposed topography. It is difficult to tell what the original
topography is at that point, but it appears to be closer to 309’. Point C (stated as being 305.92’)
appears to be closer to the 304’ original topography line than the 306’ line. Point D (stated as being
308.08’) appears to be closer to the 306’ original topography line than the 308’ line. Please confirm
the elevations of these points and make any necessary changes to them and height calculations.
Lot Area:
3. Please change the lot area to what it will be following the proposed lot line adjustment,
including both the gross area (20,233 square feet) and net area (16,292 square feet).
Lot Coverage:
4. Change the lot coverage calculations to be out of what the net area of the lot will be
following the lot line adjustment (16,292 square feet).
Lot Line Adjustment:
5. Please note that I cannot sign off on your building permit application until
your proposed lot line adjustment is approved by the Planning Division.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written
response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit
Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions,
