OHLINGER ADDITION AT 8930 — 238" STREET SOUTHWEST
Dear Ms. Hanson:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan: Please make the following changes to your site plan:
a. An existing rockery/retaining wall was observed on the northeastern
portion of the subject property during critical area reconnaissance of the
property. PIease show this rockery/retaining wall on the site plan.
b. Change the required east and west side setbacks to 7.5 feet.
2. Height Calculations: Based on the topography lines shown on the site plan, the
subject property does not appear to be perfectly flat between all four corners of the
height rectangle. Point D, in particular, appears to be lower than Points A and B.
Please correct the elevations of the four points or confirm that they area all in fact
102'. If there is any change to the elevations of the four points, please correct the
height calculations accordingly.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets
only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon
or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
