Dear Mr. Anderson:
I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the Planning
Division and it was found that the following correction will need to be addressed before review
can continue:
1. Height Calculations: The southern side of the height rectangle should be moved north
approximately three feet so that it is in line with the southernmost wall of the house. Since
the deck and exterior stairs are uncovered, they should not be included in the height
rectangle. Please make this change to the site plan and correct the building height
calculations to show the new elevations for Points C and D and to show any changes to the
average grade and maximum building height.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items. Please make _all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If
