Site Plan: The reduced copy of the site plan must be drawn to scale. 2. Floor Plans: Please provide floor plans for each of the proposed garages. 3. Height Calculations: Please show the height rectangles used for each garage on the site plan and label the four corners of each rectangle. Note that the height rectangle for the attached garage must include the entire existing house. Also, please provide the average grade, maximum height, and actual height for each garage separately since these figures will be different for the two height rectangles. 4. Setbacks: Please provide clarification for the following two setbacks: a. Provide the distance from the northeast corner of the detached garage to the northeast property line on the site plan to ensure that this garage will meet the required 10 -foot side setback from both eastern property lines. b. Provide the distance from the southeast corner of the attached garage to the southern property line on the site plan. 5. Geotechnical Report: Please provide a supplemental letter from your geotechnical engineer stating . that they have reviewed the plans for the proposed detached garage and that it can be built safely. 6. Shop/Office: The detached garage is labeled on the site plan as being a "finished shop/office". Please note that a home occupation permit must be obtained from the City Clerk's Office if a business is to be operated out of the home. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
