Please show the datum point and elevation of the datum point on the site plan. Setbacks: 2. Please provide the distance from the northwest corner of the garage to the western property line. Note that this distance must be at least 20 feet. Lot Area: 3. Provide the total lot area on the site plan. Lot Coverage: 4. Lot coverage is defined as “the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point two and one-half feet in from the outside edge of a cantilevered roof, whichever covers the greatest area.” Please provide the total lot coverage on the site plan. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
