Dear Mr. Sundquist:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please provide a reduced copy (8.5 by 14 inches or 8.5 by 11 inches) of
the site plan.
Height Calculations:
2. Please define what the datum point is (i.e. manhole cover)
and provide its elevation.Also, provide the proposed height of the addition on the
site plan.
Decks:
3.During my site visit for your proposed short plat, I believe I remember the
deck on the southwest side of the house as being covered and enclosed. Is this the
case? Is the other existing deck covered and enclosed too? If so, please label this
on the site plan.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets
only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon
or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
