LAI has also provided geotechnical engineering services for the proposed Edmonds Waterfront Development and Restoration and Ebb Tide Condominiums Walkway project, which is related to the Edmonds Waterfront Center project. LAI supported the design of the two above -referenced projects by reviewing geotechnical information collected by others in the project area, advancing a series of subsurface explorations, conducting laboratory testing on selected soil samples, performing geotechnical engineering analyses, and developing geotechnical engineering conclusions and recommendations. The results of the geotechnical engineering services that LAI provided for the two projects are summarized in the following documents: Report titled: Geotechnical Engineering Study, Proposed Edmonds Waterfront Center Project, Edmonds, Washington, dated July 18, 2018 • Report titled: Geotechnical Engineering Report, Proposed Edmonds Waterfront Development and Restoration and Ebb Tide Condominiums Walkway Project, Edmonds, Washington, dated August 28, 2018 Technical memorandum titled: Supplemental Geotechnical Recommendations, Edmonds Waterfront Development and Restoration and Ebb Tide Condominiums Walkway Project, Edmonds, Washington, dated March 12, 2019. Geotechnically relevant aspects of the Bid Documents prepared by Reid Middleton, Inc. and titled Edmonds Waterfront Center Project, dated March 15, 2019 were reviewed to confirm that the recommendations presented in the above -referenced geotechnical documents prepared by LAI for the two projects have been properly interpreted and implemented in the design. During our plan review, it was noted that the minimum tip elevations of the augercast pile foundations shown on Sheet S2.1 of the Structural Plans were unclear.
