Dear Mr. Miller:
I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the
Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Setbacks: Thank you for updating the building plans so that the proposed additions
meet the minimum required 7.5 -foot side setbacks. However, the addition above
the existing living space on the southeastern corner of the house appears to have not
been updated on the site plan. Please show the addition above the existing living
space on the site plan to reflect what is shown on the building plans. The way it is
currently shown on the site plan does not appear to meet the minimum required side
setback and does not match the dimensions shown on the building plans.
Additionally, please shade the area of this addition to match the shaded areas of the
other additions.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel
