FRESH VITAMINS TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Dear Mr. Peterson:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
1. Parking: In order for staff to determine if adequate parking exists for the proposed
vitamin store, an inventory of all of the existing tenant spaces within the building will
need to be conducted. Please obtain a list from the property manager containing the
following information: the suite numbers contained within the existing building, the
area in square feet of each tenant space, and the names and types of the businesses
located within each tenant space (please indicate if any of the tenant spaces are
currently vacant). This information will enable Planning staff to determine the
required number of parking spaces for all of the existing businesses and to determine
if there is sufficient additional on-site parking for the proposed use.
Please submit a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220,
