I have reviewed the recently submitted materials for the Planning Division. Thank you
for being so thorough in your submittal. There are only a few minor revisions that are
necessary in order for me to sign off on the permit. Refer below.
Height Calculations.
1. Thank you for submitting a separate site plan with the height
calculations only. The site plan should only reference the 1989 G4 Survey. It should
make no reference to the LSA Survey or the modifier. Please make the following
revisions to it:
a.Add a datum point from the 1989 G4 Survey.
b.Remove (*) Elevation adjusted 3.1’ to account for datum difference between
surveys. LSA Survey = G4 Survey – 3.1’.
c.Remove the Modifier column and the Adjusted Elevation column.
d.Label the height calculations as ‘Original Grade’.
Toe of Slope, Buffer and Building Setback.
2. The toe of slope needs to be labeled on
all copies of the site plan. It appears that the line is there, but not labeled. Also
please extend the 50’ buffer area and 15’ building setback the entire width of the
property. Make the revisions on all copies of the site plan.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free
