SIGN REPLACEMENT AT 10014 – 238 ST SW
Dear Dr. Cardiff:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
changes need to be made in order to approve your application:
Sign Height.
The proposed sign cannot exceed 3 feet in height where it will be located.
It may be 6 feet in height if it meets the setback requirements for the zone. The required
setback is 20 feet from where the property line fronts the street. So basically, there are
two options, (1) reduce the sign height to 3 feet or (2) setback the sign 20 feet from the
property line.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You may ‘red-line’ the existing plans or provide
3 new copies of each. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext.
