SINGLE FAMILY ADDITION AT 830 BELL ST
Dear Mr. Weller,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
corrections are necessary to approve your application:
Height Calculations
1. The site plat identifies the actual elevation as 228’3 ½”, but the elevation views show
it as 228’ 5 ½”. Please revise.
2. The height calculations list the average grade as 203.675’ and also 203’ 8 1/8”.
There is a slight discrepancy between the numbers when converting to actual inches,
so please use the 203.675’. The same goes for the maximum ridge. Please use
228.675’, rather than 228’ 8 1/8”.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
