HUYER ADDITION/REMODEL AT 7824 — 203RD STREET SOUTHWEST
Dear Mr. Cadiz:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
1. Site Plan: Please submit a reduced (8.5 by 14 inches or smaller) copy of your site plan
scaled no smaller than 1"=20'.
2. Setbacks: Please provide the distance from the southwestern corner of the proposed
addition to the western property line in order to confirm that the addition meets the
minimum required 7.5 foot setback from the western property line.
Heistht Calculations: The locations of the four corners of your height rectangle appear
to be different on both copies of your plans. Please draw the height rectangle on your
site plan with a dashed line. The height rectangle should be the smallest rectangle that
fits around the existing residence, proposed addition, and the existing garage. Please
update the elevations of the four corners of your rectangle and provide the height
calculations (i.e. average the four corners. and add 25 feet for the maximum allowable
height). Also, please state the proposed elevation of the ridge of the roof line and show
this elevation on your building elevations. Refer to the attached site plan showing the
location of the height rectangle for your property and the enclosed height calculation
handout for assistance.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only)
with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the
Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9.00 am to noon or 1:00
pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
