A reduced copy of your site plan was not received with your resubmittal. Please submit a reduced copy (8.5 by 14 inches or smaller) of the updated site plan for record keeping purposes. Height Calculations: 2. Thank you for updating your height calculations; however, it was noted that Points B and C were moved too far to the north. Points A and D appear to be in the correct locations, but Points B and C should be moved to the south so that the southern line of the height rectangle is in line with the outermost wall on the southern side of the building (i.e. the southwestern corner of the proposed addition). Refer to the attached site plan for the correct location of the height rectangle. Please correct the locations of Points B and C and make any necessary changes to the height calculations shown on the site plan and the maximum height shown on the building elevations. Additionally, please show the height calculations on the reduced copy of the site plan. Please submit three copies of the updated site plan (at least one copy must be reduced in size) and only two copies of any affected sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
