To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the new materials submitted for the above
building permit applications. The following information is still needed to complete review of the
applications:
Landscaping Plan.
The Architectural Design Board decision states that additional
screening should be provided at the south side of the parking stalls. It still appears that
no changes have been made to this area. As previously requested (5/07/07) please revise
the landscaping plan accordingly. Once staff has approved the landscaping plan, you will
be required to submit a cost estimate of the improvements, including installation and
irrigation. Once staff has approved the estimate, a maintenance bond will be required.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
(425) 771-0220 ext 1223. I work a part time schedule; if I am not available, please ask to speak
with the planner on duty.
