To Whom It May Concern:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is need to complete review of your application:
Sign Area.
1. In order to accurately calculate the sign area, please provide the
dimensions for the portions of letter ‘X’ which extends beyond the 10” x 173” area.
Sign Height.
2. The maximum sign height for the zone is 14 feet. The application
indicates that the proposed sign will be 162” + 10” + further extension of letter ‘X’.
The sign must be lowered so that no portion exceeds 14 feet in height, including the
portion of ‘X’ which extends higher than the other letters.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
