Dear Mr. Atkinson,
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the plan revisions you submitted January

29. The following corrections are still needed to approve the application:
Height Calculations.
I understand that your addition will be within the allowable height
limit, but it must be accurately documented. You may red-line the plans or provide new
copies.
a.Height Calculations Rectangle. Points A and B need to be moved southwesterly, so
that the height rectangle is flush with the building. After doing so, it appears that
point A will still fall off the property, so follow the directions below.
b.If any of the points A, B, C or D fall off the property, average the two points where
the height calculations rectangle intersects with the property line.
c.After doing items a and b above, please revise the height calculations as needed.
Please also re-label the average grade, actual elevation, and maximum elevation on
the elevation views on sheet 6 of the full-size plans.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please submit three copies of the site plan (at least
one on letter or legal sized paper) and two copies of all full-sized sheets. If you have any
