SALDIN RESIDENCE AT 16109 N MEADOWDALE RD
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the resubmitted materials for the
new single family residence at 16109 N Meadowdale Road. Only one item needs
additional information.
Critical Areas Study/Geotechnical Report.
Thank for submitting the letter
from S&EE dated June 2007. The letter addresses most of the Edmonds
Community Development Code (ECDC) requirements. However, the report must
also comply with the following:
ECDC 23.80.070A2. Alterations. Alterations of an erosion or landslide
hazard area and/or buffer may only occur for activities for which a hazards
analysis is submitted and certifies that: (a) The development will not
increase surface water discharge or sedimentation to adjacent properties
beyond predevelopment conditions; (b) The development will not decrease
slope stability on adjacent properties; and (c) Such alterations will not
adversely impact other critical areas.
Please have S&EE respond to this and submit 3 copies of the geotechnical
letter/addendum.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions,
