During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please remove or replace the Temporary Erosion Control Notes with the City of Edmonds Development
Approval Standards for Erosion Sediment Control chapter 18.30.050 sections 1-6 verbatim.
2.Please gray out all existing utilities and their respective text.
3.Number all proposed storm structures.
4.Please show the storm drain and footing drain connection with in the private property not at the Right-
of-Way side.
5.Show the existing sanitary sidesewer from the main to the existing house. In addition, please show the
proposed sidesewer from the proposed house to the stub at the property line. Please add a note stating
that the Existing condition of the sewer lateral to be verified by Public Works prior to installation of the
sidesewer. Please contact Tim Harris at 425-771-0235.
6.A six-inch sanitary sewer clean-out with a 12-in locking cast-iron lid shall be installed at the at the
Right-of-Way of the property line.
7.Show the water service line from the meter to the existing house with a note stating to be removed.
Show the proposed water service line from the meter to the new house.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
