Therefore, please shift the western boundary (Points B and C) of the height rectangle to the east so that it is in line with the western side of the residence. Please update the elevations of Points B and C of the height rectangle and update the height calculations accordingly. 2. Setbacks: Please correct the building setback lines shown on the site plan for the minimum side setbacks to be 7.5 feet instead of the 5 feet shown. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
