Dear Mr. Leren:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Height Calculations: Since the existing deck on the western side of the house is
uncovered, it must be excluded from the height rectangle used for the height
calculations. Therefore, please shift the western boundary (Points B and C) of the
height rectangle to the east so that it is in line with the western side of the residence.
Please update the elevations of Points B and C of the height rectangle and update
the height calculations accordingly.
2. Setbacks: Please correct the building setback lines shown on the site plan for the
minimum side setbacks to be 7.5 feet instead of the 5 feet shown.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel
