RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR BLD-2007-0439 REVISION
NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 8710 MAIN ST
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the revisions submitted for your building
permit. Please respond to the following:
Full Size Site Plan
1.. The approved full-size site plan functions as the Site, Drainage
& Grading Plan. Is this still the case? If so, please label it accordingly.
Proposed Retaining Wall.
2. On the revised plans that you submitted, the proposed
retaining wall has been omitted. If the retaining wall is no longer part of the plan,
please submit 2 revised copies of the reduced site plan. If it is still meant to be
included, please add it to the revised drainage plan (2 reduced copies) and the full-
size site plan.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425)

the planner on duty.
