Dear Mr. Landsverk,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to complete review of your application:
Height Calculations.
1.
a.Points A, B and C do not appear to match the topography. The elevations are
listed as above 325 feet, although each one is located between the 325 and 320
topography lines. I’m confident that the proposed additions will be within the
allowable 25 feet, but the elevations of points A, B and C must be revised. After
doing so, revise the height calculations.
b.Then re-label the elevation views – average grade, and maximum elevation.
You may red-line the existing plans or submit 3 copies of the site plan (one reduced) and 2 copies
of the elevation views. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any
questions, you may contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext 1223. I work a part-time schedule. If I am
not available, please ask to speak with the planner on duty.
