Site Plan: Please make the corrections to your site plan requested by Jenny Readwin, Plans Examiner, in her letter dated May 29, 2007. 2. Setbacks: Please confirm on the site plan that the bay window in the dining room addition meets the minimum required 7.5 -foot setbacks from the eastern property line. 3. Heizht Calculations: Since the proposed deck is uncovered, it should be excluded from the rectangle used for the height calculations. The height rectangle should be the smallest rectangle that can fit around all covered portions of the residence excluding up to 30 inches of eaves. Please modify the height rectangle to reflect this requirement and update the elevations of the four points as necessary. Additionally, please update the maximum and proposed heights as shown on the building elevations. Please submit three copies of the updated site plan (at least one copy must be reduced in size) and only two copies of any affected sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
