Dear Mr. Haider:
I have reviewed the revision for the above building permit application for the Planning
Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications
will need to be addressed before review can continue.
Retaining Wall:
1.Please show the retaining wall on the site plan (this may be
redlined). Additionally, as we discussed when I met you out on site, the retaining
wall must not exceed 3 feet in height over original grade since it is located in the
minimum required setbacks. You indicated that you intend to cut down the height
of the retaining wall to meet the requirement for it not to exceed 3 feet over original
grade. In addition to showing the retaining wall on the site plan, please provide top
of wall and original grade elevations at 5-foot intervals along the entire length of
the retaining wall so that staff may ensure that the wall does not exceed 3 feet over
original grade.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any
