Please refer to City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1, and E1.2 You may find this detail by visiting the City of Edmonds web www.ci.edmonds.wa.us site at and clicking on City Government-Development Services-Engineering Division and scroll down to handouts and forms. 2.Please show all existing utilities in the Site plan, i.e. water meter, power, cable, natural gas (oil tank), and phone. 3.Is there a detention system in the property? Please show if one exists. If one does not exists, what are the downspouts currently connected to? 4.Is there a sidewalk in front of the property? If so please show, make sure to include curb and gutter. If there is no sidewalk, but there is curb/gutter then show the curb/gutter. Please make sure to include all existing driveway cuts. 5.You are proposing to remove two existing driveways and propose one new driveway. New driveway cuts are to be installed per City of Edmonds standards. Existing driveway cuts that are no longer to be used shall be removed and new curb/gutter and sidewalk installed. 6.Provide grading calculations and quantity. 7.Show the driveway’s sheet flow. All impervious run-offs shall be collected within the private property. 8.Please revise the impervious surface calculation. The sum of the proposed impervious surface is over two thousand square feet. All new impervious surface over two thousand square feet shall be detained. Please refer to the City of Edmonds Engineering handout #E72.
