Show the minimum Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control in the site plan. Please refer to City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1, and E1.2 You may find this detail by visiting the City of www.ci.edmonds.wa.us Edmonds web site at and clicking on City Government-Development Services- Engineering Division and scroll down to handouts and forms. 8/22/2007 – Please show the required erosion control as previously requested. A minimum of a Filter Fabric Fence shall be installed along the affected areas of the north, west and south property lines. 2.Is there a detention system in the property? Please show if one exists. If one does not exists, what are the downspouts currently connected to? 6/4/2007 - 3.Provide grading calculations and quantity. 8/22/2007 – Please show/provide your grading calculation and quantities. Your calculation shall include the proposed addition, garage, and driveway grading. I have calculated the grading quantities to be a minimum of 90-cu-yds 6/4/2007 - 4.Please revise the impervious surface calculation. The sum of the proposed impervious surface is over two thousand square feet. All new impervious surface over two thousand square feet shall be detained. Please refer to the City of Edmonds Engineering handout #E72. 8/22/2007 – Please provide/show either the existing or proposed detention system. Storm water quality control is required on all new or redevelopment with more than 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface area. The addition you are proposing exceeds 2,000 square feet.
