Based on the comments from the Engineering Division dated August 22, 2007, it is apparent that
your development proposal is subject to SEPA requirements. The total amount of grading
performed on your site has exceeded the 500 cubic yard review threshold.
To fulfill the environmental review requirements, please complete the enclosed SEPA checklist.
When submitting the checklist, please also submit the Adjacent Property Owner labels and the
applicable fees ($420 SEPA review fee and $15 City surcharge).
