The total amount of grading performed on your site has exceeded the 500 cubic yard review threshold. To fulfill the environmental review requirements, please complete the enclosed SEPA checklist. When submitting the checklist, please also submit the Adjacent Property Owner labels and the applicable fees ($420 SEPA review fee and $15 City surcharge).
