On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
In order to complete review of the application, please respond to the following:
Rockery at NW Corner.
1. The proposed rockery at the northwest corner of the
property is located within the setbacks. It may be in the setbacks, but it may not
exceed 3 feet above original grade. Please demonstrate that the rockery will not be
constructed higher than 3 feet above the existing grade shown on the survey. The
best way to illustrate this is to provide the top of the rockery elevation versus the
existing elevation at 5-foot intervals along the wall.
Grading.
2. Will there be any grading on-site? I just need to verify that the total cut or
fill will not exceed 500 cubic yards. Reviewing the existing topography, it is
doubtful that you will exceed the threshold. Please confirm.
Please provide 3 copies of all revisions and make all submittals to a Development
Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to
