NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 8704 200 ST SW
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Grading Calculations
1.. The application appears to be missing the grading
calculations. I just need to confirm that the grading will not exceed 500 cubic
yards. If it will, an environmental (SEPA) checklist will be required. You can
obtain a copy at our office. There will be an additional $420 fee for the review.
Rockery.
2. Thank you for noting the top of wall and bottom of wall for the rockery
along the eastern property line. Would you please provide this information in at
least two more places along the wall? Since it is located in the setbacks I just
need to confirm that it will not exceed 36 inches above original grade.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions,
