Dear Mr. Munson,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to complete review of the application:
Reduced Site Plan
1.. Please submit a reduced site plan – letter or legal sized at the scale
of 1 inch = 20 feet.
Patio
2.. The proposed patio near the southwest corner of the lot does not meet the setback
requirements. Unfortunately it can only encroach into the rear setback by 4 feet, so it
may be 11 feet from the property line.
Geotechnical Report
3.. The geotechnical report done by Associated Earth Sciences Inc.
on May 20, 2005 was adopted with the final approval of the short plat S-2005-38. It
states that although the site is suitable for development, it recommends that further
geotechnical review be done prior to final design completion. Please submit 2 copies of a
geotechnical letter/report specific to this proposal.
SEPA Review
4.. Thank you for submitting all of the required documents, so that I can
complete my SEPA review. I will issue a determination shortly, and you will be sent a
copy in the mail. As I’m sure it has already been explained to you that this process is
purely a formality to comply with state law.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You may red-line the existing plans or submit
three new copies of the site plan. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-
