ADDITION TO SHORELINE WIDE SHOES 7621 244 ST SW
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the new plans that you’ve submitted
for the Shoreline Wide Shoes addition. You have submitted almost everything I need,
but it needs to on the same site plan. Please respond to the item below, so that I can
complete my review:
Site Plan
. You have submitted multiple versions of the site plan; each containing
different information. The site plan must be a bird’s eye view of what the site
will look like upon completion of your project. Please submit one site plan that
includes the following:
a.Structures. The main building including the proposed addition and the
new location for the storage shed.
b.Topography. All topography lines, the top of slope, 10-foot buffer, and
15-foot building setback.
c.Parking and Driveway.
d.Height calculations. Identify the locations of points A, B, C, and D. Refer
to the attached example. Include the calculations on the site plan. Show
(A + B + C + D)/4 = Average Grade. Average Grade + 25 feet =
Maximum Elevation. State the maximum elevation and the actual
elevation.

and the check off list.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel
