On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. Only a few items need revising, in order for me to approve it. Please
respond in writing to the following:
1.Height Calculations. The average grade and maximum grade calculations were
revised to exclude the deck, but points B and C were not moved on the site plan.
In addition the values of points B and C were not corrected to reflect the change.
Please red-line all copies of the site plan. Include a reduced copy of the site plan
– letter or legal size.
2.Unidentified Extension from House. (STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE)
Along the eastern side of the house, the plot plan shows a 2’ x 10’ extension. I
am unable to determine what this is. If it is a patio or other, please label it on the
site plan. If it does not exist, please remove it from the site plan.
3.Tree Clearing Plan. (STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE) Since the property is
located within a Wildlife Conservation Area, please submit a site plan identifying
the trees that will be removed for the addition. Submit 3 copies.
If submitting new copies, provide 3 copies of the site plan (1 reduced copy) and 2
copies of the elevations. Please make all submittals to a Development Services
Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If
