RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2007-0762
TH
HAPPY DAYS ADULT FAMILY HOME AT 23426 – 84 AVE. W
Dear Mr. Rad:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please make the following changes to your site plan:
a.Draw a north arrow.
b.It was noted that the site contains structures, such as a shed and carport, that are
not shown on the site plan. Please show all existing and proposed structures on
the site plan.
c.Your site plan must be drawn to scale. A scale of 1”=20’ is written in on the site
plan; however, the dimensions that are also written in are not consistent with this
or any other scale. Please correct the site plan and redraw it at a 1”=20’ scale.
d.Please verify all setback distances shown on the site plan and make any
necessary corrections to the setbacks shown when drawing the site plan to scale.
Critical Areas Checklist:
2. A critical areas checklist is required for the construction of the
proposed ramp. The purpose of this checklist is for staff to visit the site to determine
whether the site contains any critical areas, such as streams, wetlands, or steep slopes.
Please fill out and return the enclosed critical areas checklist with the required $135 fee.
Please submit three copies of the updated site plan (at least one copy must be reduced in size) and
only two copies of any affected sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm
to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220, ext. 1224. I
look forward to working with you on this project.
Sincerely,
Development Services Department - Planning Division
