Eric,
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. Please respond it writing to the following item:
Shoreline Substantial Development Permit.
This rarely comes up and may not
be an issue, but I will need confirmation from you. State law requires this permit
UNLESS you as the property owner will ultimately be residing in the house or
you have a contract-purchase agreement. Please clarify. If there is a contract in
place, please provide a copy of the contract.
In all other respects, the Planning Division is fine with the application.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. I will be out of the office until
Thursday 9/27/07. If you have any questions about the Shoreline Substantial
