Email: duane@lqh.inc.com RE: REVISION COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2007-0859 TH LANDSVERK NEW SFR AT 9007 – 196 STREET SOUTHWEST Dear Mr. Landsverk: I have reviewed your revision to the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue: Steep Slope: 1. Please make the following changes to your site plan: a.It appears that the 10-foot steep slope buffer shown on your site plan is not drawn to scale. Please correct the location of this buffer to be 10 feet from the top of slope line. b.Please show the required 15-foot critical area building setback from the steep slope buffer line and show that the residence will be at least 25 feet (the 10- foot buffer plus the 15-critical area building setback) from the top of the steep slope. Height Calculations: 2. Please provide the updated elevations for the average grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed height on the building elevations. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
