On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the building permit application
revisions for Point Edwards Amenities Building #2. Only one correction is necessary for
me to sign off on the permit. Refer below.
Height Calculations
. It appears that some information was removed from the site plan,
specifically sheet A1.2. Please add the notation about ‘historical grade’. The layer was
probably just turned off prior to printing. You may red-line the plans or submit new
copies.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free
