Dear Ms. Wohnoutka:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Height Calculations. The site plan indicates an incorrect average grade (104.75’ instead
of 104.88’) and, therefore, maximum grade (129.75’ instead of 129.88’). In addition, it
appears that the actual height calculation is off as well. The site plan indicates an actual
height of 118.75’. The elevation does as well but also shows the height of the structure to
be approximately 22’. If the structure is 22’, then the actual height calculation would be
somewhere around 127’.
You may either redline your existing plans of submit new copies. Please make all submittals to
Theresa Umbaugh, your Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am
to 4:30 pm, except Wednesdays when the office is closed. If you have any questions, feel free to
