Please show the existing bay window and chimney bumpouts on the site plan. Additionally, please move Point A of your height calculations to the north slightly so that it is in line with the southernmost wall of the residence. Lot Dimensions: 2. The recorded plat for Scott’s Fir View indicates that the original lot size of Lot 12 was 85.3 feet by 140.78 feet; however, your site plan shows the lot as being 85.3 feet by 147.78 feet. Please provide an explanation for this discrepancy and correct your site plan as necessary. Lot Area: 3. Your site plan provides the size of the subject property as being 12.196.8 square feet; however, based on the dimensions shown on the site plan, the lot would be 12.605.6 square feet and based on the dimensions shown on Scott’s Fir View plat, the lot would be 12,008.5 square feet. Please provide the correct lot area on your site plan and confirm that the lot area corresponds with the dimensions of the lot. Additionally, please correct your lot coverage calculations, if necessary, so that the lot coverage is calculated as a percentage of the correct lot area. Please submit three copies of the updated site plan (at least one copy must be reduced in size) and only two copies of any affected sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
