Dear Mr. Bynan:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please make the following corrections to your site plan:
a.Correct the direction of the north arrow on your site plan.
b.Show the boundaries of the entire lot on the reduced copy of your site
plan.
c.Provide all information from the large copy of your site plan on the
reduced copy.
Critical Areas Checklist:
2. Since the proposed project involves breaking ground on
the subject property (i.e. removing the existing wood decking and replacing it with
slab on grade), a Critical Areas Checklist is required. I was unable to find an
existing critical areas determination for the subject property. Therefore, please fill
out and return the enclosed checklist along with the required $135 fee. If it is
determined that the site contains a critical area, the proposal may be subject to the
requirements of ECDC 23.40.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, excluding Wednesdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any
