SFR AT 1141 SEA VISTA PLACE
Dear Mr. Holt:
I am reviewing the revisions you recently submitted for your SIR at 1141 Sea Vista Place. In
looking through the plans, I noticed that there will be two full kitchens in the structure. While
that is allowed, we require that the homeowner file an Accessory Dwelling Unit Statement that
indicates you are aware of the requirements to establish an accessory dwelling unit. I understand
that may not be your intent at this time but it will put future property owners on notice of the
requirements involved to establish an ADU.
I have enclosed the ADU statement for your review and signature. After you have signed and
notarized it, please drop it off and Theresa can file it for you with the County. The fee is $42
plus a $15 filing fee. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you
