I have two additional clarifications to request: Building Height: 1.Please provide height calculations for the structure (see attached handout). It appears that the building is nonconforming structure with respect to height. The parcel is zoned RM-2.4 which has a maximum height of 25’ plus an additional 5’ for roofs with a 4:12 pitch or greater. Any changes to the building that would increase the nonconformity of the building’s height – repair of the elevator penthouse (Note 25, Sheet A3.2) or repair of the wood parapet band (Note 25) – would not be allowed. Exterior Colors 2.: Please provide samples of the colors described in the Exterior Paint chart, particularly of the newly remodeled siding (Note 34, Sheet A3.2). From the photographs provided with the application, it appears there has been a color change between what existed previously (beige) and the new siding (light brown or salmon - Weiss Paint System Color WP-1120). This change will be reviewed along with the other changes proposed as part of the Design Review for the project.
