Mr. Powers:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue:
1. Critical Areas Checklist: Originally, the City was not going to require a Critical Areas
checklist for this project because the proposed changes at the site were going to occur
within the existing footprint of the building. However, with the need for improvements
to the fencing on the parcel surrounding the pool, a checklist is now required. The
Checklist is available on the City’s website (listed at top) under the ‘City Government’
tab and the ‘Development Services – Planning’ menu. Please complete and submit the
checklist along with the $135 critical area review fee.
Please make all submittals Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; we are closed Wednesdays.
