RAYMOND JAMES TENANT IMPROVEMENT AT 313 MAIN STREET
Dear Mr. LaFon:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Design Review:
1. Since the proposal includes modifications to the exterior of the
building, the proposal is subject to the administrative design review requirements of
ECDC 20.10 and 20.12. The floor plans indicate that two of the existing doors are
to be removed and replaced with what appears to be solid walls that will “match
exterior finish”; however, the permit application form states that these doors will be
removed and replaced with glass. Please provide a detailed explanation of what is
proposed for the replacement of the doors (i.e. solid walls to match the existing
exterior finish, windows, or a combination thereof) as well as any other proposed
exterior changes. You are welcome to submit an elevation view if it will help
explain what is proposed. Please note that the required $100 administrative design
review fee has been added to your building permit application and will be due when
the permit is issued.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any
