Dear Mr. Kaczor:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Sign Size:
1.The maximum allowed sign area in the BD1 zone is one square foot per
lineal foot of tenant space. The tenant space is indicated on your plans as being 22
lineal feet; however, the size of the proposed sign is not indicated. Please provide
the sign dimensions on your plans and show that the sign will not exceed the
maximum allowed size.
Window Sign:
2. Please note that the maximum allowed sign area for window signs
is one square foot per lineal foot of window frontage. Therefore, please make sure
that your proposed window sign does not exceed this size requirement.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any
