My review did not include the skylight and privacy screen features as those have not been approved by the Architectural Design Board in ADB-08-15. 1. Danielson Roof. On Sheet A-3.1, West Elevation at Line 0, it appears that a corner of the roof of the Danielson residence protrudes past the northern property line into the area over Dayton Street. Sheet A2.4 and several other sheets indicate the corner of the roof to be within the property line. Please confirm the position of the roof. 2. Landscape Plan. On Sheet L-1.0, three issues need to be addressed: a. The Plant Schedule appears incomplete. Several symbols are used in the Details that are not listed in the Schedule – for example, the large circles in Detail 1 and the circles in Detail 3, etc. b. Two hanging pots on the Dayton Street awnings are not shown on the 1st Level Planting Plan. c. Please provide a cost estimate for the planting materials and installation so a landscape inspection fee can be calculated. Please make all submittals to Theresa Umbaugh, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review.
