During the review of the resubmitted plans for the above noted project, it was found that the
following information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to
where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit
Coordinator. The following comments relate to the CG Engineering response letter dated July 9,
2009 to the Building DepartmentÂ’s 2/10/09 comments.
1.Item #1, f: The parking signage detail does not indicate the correct height of the parking
signage. A117.1, 502.7: Such signs shall be 60” minimum above the floor of the parking space,
measured to the bottom of the sign.
2.The engineer of record is required to wet sign the S pages of the resubmitted plan documents.
3.Item #2: Indicate the required fire rating of door #6, in the two hour fire barrier wall separating
the residential from commercial space.
