On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above sign permit application.
The following must be corrected in order to approve it:
1.Sign Area. The maximum size for the pole sign is 56 square feet. In scaling from
the drawing, it appears that the triangular portion puts the sign 1.5 square feet
above the allowable 56. Please revise.
2.Reader Board. Reader boards are not allowed for the site. Revise the sign to
exclude the reader board portion.
3.Setbacks. Please confirm that the sign will be setback a minimum of 4 feet from
the property line. The plans mention the distance to the sidewalk, but I need to
know the distance to the property line.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to
