Dear Ms. Rees:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Thank you for
incorporating the changes previously discussed. Before I can sign off on the permit, however,
the following information needs to be clarified:
Sheet E1.0:
1.Please submit two large format plan sheets produced on 6/13/08 indicating
the updated positions of the irrigation and electrical pedestals. The small format plans
show the new positions but the large format sheets must not have been updated.
Sheet E2.0, Detail 2:
2.The bollard detail still indicates the 42 bollard. In previous
emails with Brian McIntosh, it was agreed that while 42 was the preferred height for
the bollards, only the 36 bollards were allowed by code to be within the setback areas.
Please update the detail to show the 36 bollard lights.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If
